Vivobarefoot is looking for an experienced logistics manager to join the Operations team on a 6- month contract. The role sits within the Operations team who manage the flow of goods from when they’re produced to warehouses (located in the UK, US and NL) and then delivery to customers across multiple sales channels.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Daily operational management of our warehouses to ensure orders are being processed and delivered to agreed SLA’s and cost efficiently.
• Budgetary and cost management responsibility for warehousing and associated services.
• Project management of initiatives including new services and operational enhancements.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU

• Experience in Logistics and managing Third Party Warehouses.
• Cost control and analysis of warehouse and logistics activities to ensure costs are being managed within budget.
• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word).
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus) and previous use of eCommerce platforms desirable.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Being analytical with the ability to produce clear concise data.
