The business is on an exciting hyper-growth trajectory and so there’s never been a better time to join and make your mark as we take the brand to the next level.
You must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C retail, specialising in Paid Social and with a track record of driving growth across key performance metrics including traffic, revenue and ROAS targets. Reporting into the Global Channel Marketing Manager, you will primarily support with the day-to-day optimisations of our Paid Social activity - from ad builds to reporting and analysis as well as future campaign planning and creative briefing.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Support with the day-to-day account builds and management of our Paid Social channels across multiple platforms, including Meta and TikTok.
Support and provide daily and weekly reporting on key metrics and provide summary on campaign and test analysis, in order to ensure monthly acquisition KPIs are achieved.
Help manage the creative process for all things reactive & iterative to make sure we are always building on existing best performers to keeps ads refreshed and engaging.
Run and maintain testing plan, thinking about the big wins and tests that can drive incremental performance improvements.
Run and implement regular account health checks to maintain account and channel efficiency.
Support with the implementation of strategy and cross-functional projects.
Contribute to regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
At least 1-2 years’ experience with Paid Social marketing.
Experience with Meta & TikTok Ads Manager.
A curious mind, always seeking to understand the ever changing trends within Digital Marketing.
An organised, adaptable self-starter who is happy to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Are super organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly.
Have strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally.
Are motivated, like to use your initiative and interested to learn about new marketing channels and opportunities to drive business growth.

The start date for this role would be October 2023.
