Overall I'm really happy in my role and to be part of Vivobarefoot. My journey during my initial 6 months has been such a great experience and I'm excited for my future with the company! I've had the opportunity to develop good relationships with my team and stakeholders, as well as support in creating structure for my work/life balance thanks to the regenerative leadership sessions held at Springwood farm.
