Working in Vivo has impacted both my professional and my personal life in ways I could've never dreamed of. I joined while the UK was in lockdown due to covid-19, and I was not able to learn the ropes at the office like any regular job, but my teammates stepped up and gave me all the support I needed to make sure I never felt alone. Working for a company that facilitates days in nature as well as outdoor retreats and encourages you to take a step back at work if you need to, but also mentors you when you need help has been so instrumental on my growth in the company. It is such a creative and open environment where everyone can speak up and share their ideas and everyone is up for a chat no matter their role. I have developed friendships and I look forward to every event or gathering as the people is what makes this company stand out.

What’s more I’ve had the access and ability to feed in them - as all of the team do. Vivo is truly a mission focused business, with an unfaltering commitment to the purity of barefootwear and the pursuit of regenerative business practices.
