I joined Vivo in 2019 and that’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my life. Working in Vivo has not only improved my professional goals but also personal life. Vivo is a company that walks the talk and they care deeply about the environment as well as the wellbeing of staff. We are actively encouraged to have a work life balance. During the pandemic, Vivo has given us so much support, we had various mental health and diversity workshops and they even formed a Mental Health First Aider Group which is really helpful during those unprecedented times. We are also encouraged to work flexible hours so we can spend more time with family. Vivo has embraced the hybrid working model which is fantastic, as instead of commuting on public transport, we are able to start our day by doing the things we love, such as walking in the park, going to the gym, or having a nice breakfast with family. This sets a great intention for the day and help with productivity too. Vivo’s culture is very transparent and open so we can all speak up comfortably. People in Vivo are very respectful and polite, it is a such lovely environment. This is a company that truly listens to you and is committed to take you on a meaningful journey and grow with you.

My first 5 months at Vivobarefoot have been a fantastic journey so far. It has been a great opportunity to join at a time where there is so much growth and exciting development for the company. I have really enjoyed the conferences and company get togethers that Vivobarefoot put on each equinox. At these times you can really see everyone sharing their passion for the jobs they work in and wanting to make a difference not only in the footwear industry but for overall health and wellbeing. I am looking forward to developing my career within Vivo and learning more about the company’s history and how we can grow further!
