Vivobarefoot đang tìm kiếm một ứng cử viên cho vị trí “ QUẢN LÍ VÀ GIÁM SÁT CHUỖI CUNG ỨNG “ với tinh thần hợp tác và tập trung vào mối quan hệ để mở rộng quy mô và củng cố quan hệ đối tác sản xuất của chúng tôi, hỗ trợ cải tiến liên tục và duy trì các tiêu chuẩn cao nhất về môi trường, xã hội và quản trị (ESG). Vai trò ở vị trí này không giới hạn trong việc kiểm tra thông thường quy chuẩn ESG (mặc dù kinh nghiệm kiểm tra theo ESG là điều cần có), Ứng cử viên trong vị trí này cần tạo dựng cũng như dùy trì lòng tin với đối tác và chuỗi cung ứng, tryền tải thông tin cũng như mục tiêu tái tạo của Vivobarefoot.

Vị trí tuyển dụng này mở cho ứng cử viên tại Hải Phòng hoặc Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và sẽ yêu cầu phải đi công tác nhiều nước khác trong khu vực Châu Á.

Ứng cử viên của vị trí này sẽ báo cáo trực tiếp cho Trưởng Phòng tại Vương quốc Anh và sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với các đội nhóm như nhóm quản lí tìm nguồn cung ứng , nhóm sản xuất, nhóm phát triển mẫu của Vivobarefoot tại Trung Quốc và Việt Nam.

Ứng cử viên “ Quản lí chuỗi cung ứng “chịu trách nhiệm về:

• Giúp thương hiệu Vivobarefoot đạt được 100% sự phối hợp minh bạch của chuỗi cung ứng,mở rộng , đánh giá và dẫn dắt các chương trình tuân thủ và lập bản đồ chuỗi cung ứng của Vivobarefoot trên các khu vực sản xuất ở châu Á

• Liên kết và làm việc với các đơn vị sản xuất thuộc chuỗi cung ứng của Vivobarefoot để đánh giá và quản lí chuỗi cung ứng liệu thô ( tầng 3- 4)

• Lên kế hoạch và sắp xếp các chuyến thăm chuỗi cung ứng (cơ sở sản xuất chính và liệu thô từ T1-4) để đánh giá mức độ tuân thủ đối với các yêu cầu về môi trường và xã hội cũng như quy định của nước sở tại nói chung và của Vivobarefoot nói riêng bao gồm đảm bảo tuân thủ luật lao động quốc gia và khu vực, các thông lệ về môi trường và các quy định về an toàn tại nơi làm việc.

• Đánh giá và báo cáo tình hình kiểm tra tại các cở sở sản xuất với cấp trên và những bộ phận có liên quan . Lên kế hoạch và theo dõi việc thực hiện các hành động khắc phục cần thiết của các cơ sở sản xuất.

• Xây dựng các báo cáo chi tiết về chuyến thăm , đánh giá rủi ro và các cải tiến được đề xuất cho cả đối tác sản xuất và tư liệu nội bộ

• Tiến hành phân tích rủi ro của các đối tác sản xuất, thông báo cho các bộ phận liên quan

• Đánh giá nhà máy/ cơ sở sản xuất theo các chỉ số chính như tiền lương của công nhân, giờ làm thêm, cơ chế khiếu nại và giảm thiểu tác động môi trường

• Cập nhật các quy định ESG đang phát triển và các tiêu chuẩn của ngành nghề để đảm bảo các điều kiện được tuân thủ .

• Hợp tác với các đội ngũ nội bộ và các bên liên quan bên ngoài tổ chức để tinh chỉnh các chính sách ESG và tích hợp chúng một cách liền mạch vào hoạt động của đối tác

• Thu thập dữ liệu môi trường để báo cáo, ví dụ: sử dụng năng lượng, quản lý nước, xử lý chất thải, quản lý khí thải và hóa chất

• Hỗ trợ các nhóm và đóng góp trong việc xác thực và đưa nguyên vật liệu chuẩn vào hệ thống của công ty cũng như hỗ trợ đỗi tác mởi trong giai đoạn xét duyệt .

• Lên kế hoạch tổ chức các buổi hội thảo để chia sẻ kinh nghiệp về việc trách nhiệm với môi trường và trách nhiệm với xã hội

• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ với các đối tác sản xuất, các bên liên quan bên ngoài và các thương hiệu khác để thúc đẩy cải tiến trong viêch hợp tác

KỸ NĂNG YÊU CẦU

• Tối thiểu 5+ năm kinh nghiệm về kiểm tra và đánh giá nhà máy . Ưu tiên lĩnh vực giày dép hoặc may mặc .

• Người bản ngữ nói tiếng Việt, Tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung thông tạo 2 kỹ năng nói và viết ; thành thạo cả 3 ngôn ngữ là một lợi thế rất lớn

• Hiểu biết sâu sắc về các quy định về môi trường, trách nhiệm xã hội và các yêu cầu ESG trong sản xuất

• Có kỹ năng kiểm tra và giỏi phân tích để đánh giá đượ rủi ro và có kế hoạch cải thiện rõ ràng .

• Nắm rõ các quy chuẩn hoạt động của chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu, đặc biệt là trong các ngành sản xuất như may mặc, giày dép hoặc điện tử

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và kỹ năng đàm phán tốt để có sự hợp tác các bên liên quan.

• Có thể sắp xếp lịch thăm / kiểm tra chuỗi cung ứng ở Việt nam cũng như Trung Quốc và một số nước khác .

• Thành thạo cách hình thức kiểm tra , hệ thống thu thập dữ liệu và phần mềm như Microsoft Excel hoặc các phương thức thiết lập bản đồ chuỗi cung ứng .

• Ưu tiên các chứng chỉ về tiêu chuẩn kiểm toán hoặc tuân thủ (ví dụ: Kiểm toán viên chính ISO 14001, SA8000 hoặc tương tự)

• Khả năng làm việc độc lập, giải quyết vấn đề và thích nghi với môi trường thay đổi nhanh chóng

• Lạc quan và thích học hỏi, sẵn sàng khám phá các lĩnh vực mới khi có cơ hội.

• Có hộ chiếu và sẵn sàng đi công tác khi có chỉ định.

WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and relationship-focused Value Chain Compliance, Transparency & Engagement Manager to scale
and strengthen our manufacturing partnerships, support continuous improvement and uphold the highest environmental, social, and governance
(ESG) standards. This role goes beyond traditional auditing (although ESG audit experience is essential), emphasizing trust-building, innovation and a
shared ownership of Vivobarefoot’s regeneration goals with our partners.
This role will be based in either Haiphong or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and will require extensive travel across Asia. This role reports to the
Regeneration Lead based in the UK and will work closely with Vivobarefoot’s sourcing, product development, and production teams on the ground in
both China and Vietnam.
The Value Chain Compliance, Transparency & Engagement Manager is responsible for:
• Accelerating Vivobarefoot’s commitment towards 100% value chain transparency, scaling and leading Vivobarefoot’s value chain
compliance and mapping programmes across our Asia manufacturing regions
• Working collaboratively with Vivobarefoot’s manufacturing partners to map Vivobarefoot’s value chain across Tiers 3-4
• Leading manufacturing partner site visits (across Tiers 1-4) to assess compliance against Vivobarefoot’s environmental and social
requirements, and ensuring adherence to national and regional labour laws, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations
• Identifying and documenting instances of non-compliance, environmental hazards, and social risks within facility operations and
collaborating with facility management to develop corrective action plans and timelines for remediation. Monitoring the implementation of
necessary corrective actions through follow-up visits and reporting
• Developing detailed site visit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommended improvements for both manufacturing partners and
internal use
• Conducting risk analysis of manufacturing partners, informing ongoing strategy, sourcing decisions and reporting as required
• Evaluating factory performance on key indicators like worker wages, overtime hours, grievance mechanisms, and environmental impact
reduction
• Stay up to date on evolving ESG regulations and industry standards to ensure consistent compliance
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to refine ESG policies and integrate them seamlessly into partner operations
• Collecting environmental data for reporting e.g. energy use, water management, waste disposal, emissions and chemical management
• Support Vivobarefoot teams in validating material toolbox partner operations and new partner onboarding
• Provide engaging training and workshops for facility management and staff around environmental best practice and social responsibility
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners, external stakeholders and other brands to promote collaborative
improvement

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
The following skills and qualities are required;
• Minimum of 5+ years of compliance and/or factory audit experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel supply chain
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, social responsibility frameworks & manufacturing ESG requirements
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills for identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Familiarity with global supply chain operations, particularly in manufacturing industries such as apparel, footwear, or electronics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders. Native Chinese or Vietnamese speaker, with fluent
spoken and written English; proficiency across all 3 languages is a strong advantage
• Ability to travel frequently for on-site inspections across Vietnam, China and internationally
• Proficiency in auditing tools, data collection systems, and software such as Microsoft Excel or supply chain mapping tools
• Certifications in auditing or compliance standards (e.g., ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, SA8000, or similar) are highly preferred
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
• Optimistic and curious, with a willingness to explore new domains
• Valid and up-to-date passport essential
