Systems Administrator

The system admin role reports into the Head of Business Systems, working with our current team of system analysts and admin, acting as first line support for business platform users within the company. It’s an exciting time to join the team as we expand - as you progress in the role you’ll work alongside other teams on upcoming projects to help the business.
WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
First-line support for users of the system.
Management of the issue tracking system to support the day to day operation of the business.
Monitor and manage IT systems: NetSuite, Boomi, Magento, Celigo, Sitoo, and WMS.
Perform root cause analysis of all issues resolved and propose permanent solutions.
Assume a critical and participative role in the maintenance and support of systems.
Support the business in the production and amendment of reports from core systems.
Data management including data cleansing, data mapping, data workflows, etc.
User access & role maintenance.
Business Process Documentation.
Work with 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and fix issues.
Systems Project Resource focusing on General NS optimisation & Finance optimisation Projects.
ALL ABOUT YOU
Experience with NetSuite is essential for this role.
Exposure to business platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Centric, WMS and Sitoo
Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role
An understanding of the administration of NetSuite is desired (but not essential)
Highly motivated, capable of working both alone and alongside team members
A good understanding of Freshdesk or a similar incident management system
* Please be aware we run a Hybrid working model and you will need to be able to work from our Nature HQ in Wrington, outside of Bristol, at least twice a week *
