Business Systems Analyst

At Vivobarefoot, we are currenting recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join us on our mission to reconnect people and planet. You will step in as the bridge between Supply Chain, Technology and Operations in the business; leading workshops, shaping solutions, and guiding how the platform scales.
As our Business Systems Analyst, you’ll lead discovery, translate operational needs into scalable solutions, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to keep our tech stack reliable, efficient and future ready. In this role you will combine hands on system ownership with process thinking and stakeholder collaboration.
This is a hybrid role based in Wrington, Bristol 2 days per week.
Where You’ll Play
Lead requirement gathering workshops to uncover challenges, constraints and opportunities across Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams
Translate business needs into clear, structured system solutions, confidently pushing back where required to ensure scalability and robustness
Run end to end process discovery, mapping and optimising workflows while automating manual effort wherever possible
Partner closely with 3PLs and third party providers to ensure reliable, scalable data flows
Monitor, manage and support our core systems, including NetSuite, Boomi, Shopify, Celigo, Sitoo and our 3rd party WMS
Provide day to day system administration and support incident resolution when needed
Maintain strong system hygiene, including data integrity, permissions, controls and governance
Own the backlog, troubleshooting and root cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
Work with integration platforms (Boomi, Celigo, etc.) and external partners to resolve and improve system performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including new module adoption and platform upgrades
Create and maintain clear business process documentation, keeping it up to date as systems and processes evolve
All About you
Solid NetSuite experience, particularly supporting inventory, fulfilment, warehousing and operational processes.
Operations or Supply Chain SME with confidence in configuration, optimisation & administration.
Exposure to business platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Centric, multiple WMS platforms and Sitoo.
Highly motivated, capable of working both alone and alongside team members.
Collaborative and confident communicator who can influence, challenge and simplify complexity, whilst translating between warehouses, operations leaders and technical teams.
Practical, curious, unafraid to ask why and willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
Understands both Finance & Operational flows inside an ERP ecosystem.
Enjoys solving problems, unblocking people, and improving how work gets done.
