Regional Activation Lead
Working: Full time – Contract 8 month

WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
To grow and strengthen Vivo’s outdoor-first community ecosystem across the DACH region by delivering high-impact activations, education-led events, retail partner programming & a growing Vivo Pro/creator network that builds belief, trust and long-term demand. This role connects education, retail and community, turning Vivo’s philosophy into lived
1. Regional Community Growth
Lead the planning and execution of regional community activations aligned to Vivo’s strategic priorities
Build and scale a regional creator and affiliate ecosystem with a clear focus on revenue generation
Build and nurture relationships with local clubs, coaches, outdoor groups and movement communities
Identify and activate community partners & Vivo Pro Network to deepen local presence around key campaigns
Track, analyse, and optimize performance across revenue, conversion, and CAC, Vivo Pro signups, social engagement
2. Retail Partner Activation
Support future key partner retail locations with in-store activation programming and events
Determining the Merchandising quality and monitoring to align to brand expectations
3. Education Delivery
Deliver barefoot movement workshops and training sessions at events, gyms and potential partner spaces
Identify potential Vivo Pro progression candidates within the region
Develop scalable formats that connect education → engagement → sales
4. Event Activation
Plan and execute events with clearly defined commercial KPIs (conversion, engagement, Vivo Pro signups)
Ensure activations meet strategic objectives based on campaign or tier (awareness, education, conversion, insight)
5. Community Building & Ecosystem Development
Build an offline network that supports long-term brand growth
Identify emerging Revenue driving Creators and potential Vivo Pro network individuals
Support participation in regional activations
Establish structures for scalable, organic growth with measurable revenue impact
ALL ABOUT YOU
Fluent in English (C2 level) with excellent reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
Experience in the health, outdoor and/or fitness sector.
Willingness and interest to participate in face-to-face network meetings with our external community.
At least a years’ experience in a similar role.
An excellent awareness of who could be great additions to the community.
An excellent understanding of and/or advocacy of the health benefits of barefoot shoes and natural health.
A deep-rooted passion for nature.
