We are looking for an experienced, motivated and generally awesome Store Manager for our new store in the centre of Bristol. This is a really fab opportunity for a Store Manager to put their mark on a new store, recruit a team from the ground up and set the scene for our retail offering in Bristol.
WHERE YOU’LL PLAY
- Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Ensure that the store maintains a clean and organized appearance at all times.
- Monitor and analyse sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed decisions on store stock requirements.
- Hire, train, motivate and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels and excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to promote a safe, inclusive and productive work environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store colleagues to encourage professional development
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate leadership to share best practices and achieve company-wide goals.
ALL ABOUT YOU
Experience of being a Store Manager in retail, ideally for a company like ours....footwear, outdoors, wellbeing etc.
Ability to lead and motivate store colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction and role modelling this instore.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve company goals.
