We are looking for an experienced and highly engaged Community and Ambassador Manager. Reporting into the UK Community Lead, the community manager will be instrumental in managing and growing our managing our network of health pros.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Manage our existing community of Vivobarefoot ambassadors and V-pros.
- Achieving KPI’s pertaining to ROI, content and top to bottom funnel activity.
- Track conversions of health professionals and campaign performance, then reporting those findings back to the business.
- Regular onboarding of new community members.
- Set up and manage all communications pertaining to community management, including Tagger and Discord.
Work with the Head of Community and Head of health to identify key strategic partners and develop targeted growth plan.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU
- Experience in community management (minimum 4 years), ideally within the health and wellness space or a similar industry to our own.
- An established network within outdoor, health, outdoor or wellness/fitness space.
- An impressive book of contacts and a strong opinion on potential new community signings.
- Excellent communication skills and an affinity for relationship management.
- An understanding and awareness of the benefits of barefoot living.
- A passion for and understanding of natural health and an affinity for the Vivobarefoot brand mission.
JUST IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING..
- This is a fixed term contract starting June 2024 for a duration of six months, with a possibility to extend.
- This is a full full time position (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
- This is a hybrid role based in the UK - we will unfortunately be unable to consider any candidates based internationally.
- Our guideline for the amount of in-person 'connection days' each year is 62, which includes but is not limited to events, off-sites and regular office days. If you'd like clarity here on this and our hybrid working guidelines, please reach out!
