We are looking for a marketplace executive to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon business in the U.S, U.K & Germany, and assist in expanding our footprint with new third-party marketplaces globally.

What you'll be doing....

Amazon Listing Management and Optimization

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon UK, U.S & DE.

• Optimize listing titles, descriptions, bullet points & imagery to maximize organic visibility and drive conversion rate.

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure product listings align with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.

New Marketplace Onboarding

• Lead the onboarding process for new marketplaces like Zalando and Decathlon using Tradebyte, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with platform requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align product data, pricing, and inventory for each marketplace.

• Assist in the development and execution of launch strategies for each new marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales.

Account Management of Third-Party Marketplaces

• Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party marketplace account representatives, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

• Manage and resolve account-related issues such as listing errors, compliance concerns, and operational challenges.

• Negotiate promotional opportunities and participate in campaigns or events to boost sales.

Analysis and Reporting

• Track KPIs for each marketplace and provide regular reports to the Head of Marketplaces.

• Identify underperforming products and implement strategies to enhance their visibility and sales.

What you need to apply....

• Proven experience managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon.

• Familiarity with onboarding and managing marketplaces like Zalando and Decathlon.

• Hands-on experience with Tradebyte or similar integration tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
